I've been a Certified Loan Signing Agent since March 2003 and have successfully completed over 1,700 signings. I am available 7 days a week for loan signings, either at the borrower's home, my office or a neutral location. I am experienced with refinances, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, 1031 exchanges, purchase closings, RESPA and SBA loans as well as drive-by property inspections with digital photos.
I have a fully-equipped office with cable modem internet. I accept overnighted, emailed or faxed document packages and have Adobe Reader 8.0, DocMaster, Swiftview and VMP. I am bonded, insured, accurate and reliable. Please call with all your loan signing needs. I serve primarily the Kansas City metro area, but if my schedule allows, I can travel anywhere in Kansas and Missouri. Travel charges will be applied to regular signing fees.
I offer Sunday, holiday and 24-hour service, but only with prior arrangement.
Prices for loan signings begin at $90 for a refinance, $65 for HELOCs, $125 for purchases and $125 for reverse mortgages. Docs coming via email or fax, add $35 to base signing fee. E-doc packages that are under 45 pages, add $25 to the base signing fee. Travel of up to 15 miles, one way, included in these prices. Additional mileage is $2.00 per mile. These fees are applicable for signings booked at least 24 hours in advance. Calls for same-day signings and last-minute signings will be charged a higher rate; the rate will depend on the circumstances involved.
I guarantee my work. Please ask to see my business references.
I am also available for in-office and mobile notary work daytime, Monday through Saturday. Sundays, holidays and after-regular-business hours only by prior arrangement. Notary fee is $5 per notarization for in-office notary work. Mobile notarizations begin at $25, which includes travel distance up to 5 miles with each notarization $5. A per-mile charge of $2.00 per mile applies beyond the 5-mile radius.
Put your paperwork in my hands......and consider it done.
Current government-issued identification is required prior to notarization. The name on the ID must match the name on the document.
